Yes, we ship worldwide! You can select your country in the order process, the corresponding shipping costs and times will then be displayed. With Express, parcels are delivered worldwide even within 1-3 days (exceptions excluded).
Your package will be delivered as soon as possible, as you are used to. Keep an eye on the track & trace information for the latest delivery information. Commonly we need 1 to 2 days to prepare your order, most orders will be shipped out the same day, if in stock and subject to exceptions (we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail).

We have shipped your order with love. It can of course happen that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. please do contact us first in case you are not satisfied with your order, we will try our best to provide you the best solution. You may cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Make sure you return the products in the original packaging, unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Keep your return slip until we have processed it.
Once we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email. Normally, your return can take up to 14 days to be processed. We will send you an email when the return has been processed, then you will receive the amount back into your account within a few days. We aim to refund within 7 working days after processing your return. Refunds will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.
